Position description We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and mission-aligned Social Media Manager and Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to our CEO and COO and help keep our operations running smoothly. As our Administrative Support Officer, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Clueo Clinical. This role combines administrative support with digital content management, helping maintain strong communication with stakeholders, streamline processes, and enhance the organisation’s brand presence online. As our Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing Clueo Clinical’s online presence across our social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. This role involves managing social media engagement, content posting, and community interaction while ensuring brand consistency. The coordinator will also support email campaigns, administrative tasks, and video content creation to strengthen Clueo Clinical’s digital strategy. This is not just a support role, it’s an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to an organisation making real change in the healthcare ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Social media management 1. Content Posting: Publish and schedule weekly content across our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and on YouTube (as required) in alignment with the company’s social media plan and content calendar. 2. Social Media Engagement (as needed): Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring prompt and professional communication. 3. Hashtag and Community Research: Identify relevant hashtags and relevant online groups / communities to drive engagement and increase Clueo Clinical’s visibility. 4. Performance Tracking: Track and analyse key engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, follower growth) and provide regular performance reports. 5. Email Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of Mailchimp campaigns, managing audience segmentation and ensuring timely delivery to increase engagement and subscriber growth. 6. Subscriber Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to grow subscribers across our social media platforms. 7. Video Editing: Edit and produce quality video content for social media and other digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and engages the audience. 8. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all communications are in line with Clueo Clinical’s brand guidelines and tone of voice to maintain a professional and cohesive brand presence. 9. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, recommending tactical adjustments to improve engagement and brand reach. 10. Content Upload and Management: Responsible for inputting articles, blogs, and other content into WordPress, ensuring accurate formatting and alignment with Clueo Clinical’s style guidelines, ensuring proper categorization and tagging for optimal user experience. Administrative Officer 1. Email & Enquiry Management: Monitor and manage the info@clueoclinical.com inbox.Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally using our approved templates.Redirect or escalate messages to relevant team members as needed. 2. Administrative Support Maintain organised electronic files and records.Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO and team.Liaise with trainers, collaborators, industry partners, and other stakeholdersSupport student onboarding activitiesOrganise team communications, updates, and internal resources 3. Digital Content Management Upload and format blog posts on WordPress for SEO optimisation and brand visibility.Coordinate with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.Assist in preparing content for newsletters or campaigns when needed. 4. Coordination & Reporting Maintain activity logs of completed tasks.Provide weekly updates to management on admin and content activities.Track key performance data and assist with reporting and documentationPrepare and manage files, contracts, templates, and operational SOPs |
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required |
Exceptionally organized, reliable, and detail-orientedProven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in digital tools including CRM systems, Google Workspace, and project management platforms Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with: a. WordPress b. Social media management across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube c. Content creation tools Solid understanding of content development, storytelling, and use of social media analytics and reporting tools Skilled in graphic design using tools like Canva Proficient in video editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similarFamiliar with CRM systems and email marketing platforms Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines Sharp attention to detail with a strong understanding of brand consistency Keeps current with the latest social media trends and best practices SEO knowledge is an advantage Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills Trustworthy, dependable, and committed to high standards A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership Brings a positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset to the team Emotionally intelligent, respectful of confidentiality, and aligned with the organisation’s mission and values Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, start-up-style environment Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or education is a plus, though not essential |
